The
Pinetop-Lakeside Chamber of Commerce is
hosting the 25th Annual Native
American Art Festival June 16 & 17, 2012. More
than 50 of the Southwest’s finest
American Indian artists will display and
sell their handmade jewelry, paintings,
rugs and other authentic Indian artwork
at the Blue Ridge High School, 1300 West
White Mountain Blvd. This is a juried
event (only handmade/handcrafted items
allowed). The original artist must be
present. Hours are Saturday (9:00 AM to
6:00 PM) and Sunday (10:00AM to 3:00
PM).
There
will be a Native American Art Pre-Show
at Hon-Dah Resort, Casino and Conference
Center on June 15, 2012 from 6:00 PM to
9:00 PM. A select group of artists will
have the opportunity to display and sell
their artwork during the evening.
Tickets for the Pre-Show will be
available at the Chamber of Commerce.
Tickets are $10 in advance at the
Chamber or $15 at the door the night of
the event.
